Rental Information

If you are interested in renting one of our properties please request an application form. Two references are required along with proof of identity and employment. A breakage deposit plus one month’s advance rental will be required to be paid prior to your lease commencing. Please e mail enquiries to request further information on any property of interest.

Holiday Information

Low Season : November, December, January, February and March. (excluding Christmas and New Year weeks)
Mid Season : April, May and until end June, from mid August, September and October.
High Season : From July, and until mid August, Christmas and New Year.

We are pleased to announce 2011 prices have been held with no increase applying in 2012.

Prices are quoted per property per night. A cleaning and laundry supplement is payable of £80.00 plus VAT (£60 plus VAT for the property: Westoun) over the price quoted for your holiday.
