Terms and Conditions

All properties are personally managed and selected by us. They are all of a high standard, fully furnished and equipped and provided with fresh linen and towels for each let.

It is our aim to constantly improve on the quality of our homes and the holidays we offer. Each property is cleaned and then inspected between lets. We strive to ensure that all appliances are in good working order and that each property has a full complement of crockery, cutlery, glassware etc. We would be grateful if you could report any non functioning appliances as soon as possible and replace or report any breakages which you make.

Keys for each property become available between 3 and 5.30pm on the day of arrival (summer season only) and between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. during low and mid season . You are requested to vacate the property and return the keys to us by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The number of people occupying the property should not exceed the given capacity of that property.Persons/groups under the age of 18 years old are not permitted to book properties.

A non refundable deposit equal to 25% of the total rent, is required when you book your holiday and the balance, along with your supplement for the cleaning and laundry charge, should be forwarded to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If you plan to take your holiday within six weeks of your booking please enclose full payment with your form. Please note, a receipt for the final balance will only be issued on request.

In case you have to cancel:

If, for any reason, you have to cancel your booking you will forfeit a proportion of your payment.

Up to 6 weeks prior to arrival – deposit forfeited. Up to 40 days prior to arrival – 60% forfeited
Up to 14 days prior to arrival – 80% forfeited

Unfortunately we are unable to make any refund if you cancel within seven days of your date of arrival. Should the property become unavailable through any external cause e.g. fire, the landlords liability will be limited to the amount of rent paid.

The landlord cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of visitor’s property. We recommend that you take out your own holiday insurance.

should be remitted and details of payment options will be provided. We will then write to you to confirm your reservation and provide all further details of your holiday.
