Gillian Stephen – Proprietor and driver of the business which she established in 1990. Experienced in all aspects of property letting and property management and qualified to CIH Level 3 in Letting and Managing Residential Property.
Doug Stephen – Partner in the business and expert in ever changing HMO regulations.
Gaye Findlay -Recently promoted to Day to Day Manager in the office. Gaye has an excellent customer care approach and has many years of experience in letting and managing property. Trained under the careful guidance of Gillian and Doug she ensures our properties and our clients are cared for in the best possible manner. Qualified to CIH Level 3 in Letting and Managing Residential property.
Sylvia Baxendale – Our meticulous Accounts Officer and Receptionist to the business with around twenty years of loyal service. Sylvia welcomes visitors to the office with a big smile!
Elizabeth Lee – Our Administrative Officer. Elizabeth has great organisational skills and works hard on the mountain of correspondence,certification and office administration we have to deal with.
Linda Cunningham – First class team member who will help with the day to day running of our properties conducting visits, safety checks and inspections.
